Building competences of young researchers in Poland.

Implementing a triple helix model for innovation (University-Industry-Government Relations) and regional development has been a recurrent important topic in Mazovia. So many shareholders are undertaking action to increase competences and capacities of researchers, administrators and entrepreneurs to help pursue this.

The project creates a verified training program with customized content to impact regional development.

The Mazovia Development Agency, within its evaluation activities, has ordered an e-learning course for PhD students and researchers and IDN was chosen to evaluate and verify the content of the course. The training focuses on effective communication with business and intellectual property rights. The course is realized in the framework of the project  “Development of science is development of the region – scholarships and support for PhD students in Mazovia”.
