The IDN staff is involved in preparation of the Assessment on the economic, security and social impact of the “Project for Assistance to discharged Defense Personnel within the Scope of Defense Sector Reform in Serbia”. The Project is implemented as “participatory or collaborative evaluation” which implies joint team and close collaboration between the Evaluator and representatives of the stakeholder (IOM project management and project staff).
The Project combines theoretical and practical approach and several methods for measuring impact of the project, i.e. quasi-experimental designs and implicit evaluation designs. Lead Partner is International Organization for Migration and the project funded by NATO Trust Fund.
