The main goal of Project for both municipalities was to elaborate the sustainable renovation methodology (presenting and analyzing districts public buildings current situation, analyzing needs for renovation, suggestions for sustainable renovation, etc.) also assuring right renovation solutions selection for future renovations, sustainable renovation, decreasing pollution, prolonged useful building serving time.

The project was financed in the framework of EEA Grants in Lithuania, under the call “Transfer of Experience and Strengthening of Cooperation among Local, Regional and Euroregional Partners in Lithuania and Norway”.
IDN acted on behalf of SINTEF, which provided the expertise and knowledge on the passive buildings technologies into the Project.
