At a reception at the National Museum in Bogota we got the opportunity to present the launch of BICTIA to Erna Solberg the Prime Minister of Norway. She expressed her support to the idea behind the project.

BICTIA is funded by NORAD and will support young startup companies in the ICT sector to grow their companies by providing business mentoring, ICT training, and early-stage capital. By creating new jobs for young people, the project will contribute to the reconciliation process and economic development in Colombia.
