Main ideas of the project

Improving energy efficiency in industry is a key role in contributing to the EC goal of carbon neutrality in terms of climate and the circular economy. By increasing energy efficiency in industry, the company will see economic development where jobs and savings contribute to financial reinvestments. The goal of the project is to increase energy efficiency by improving and further develop technology and production processes used within company grounds. This will be achieved through activities targeting general infrastructure such as energy efficiency in buildings, industry, and municipalities. By partnering up with International Development Norway and their experience in the field of managing energy efficiency. Projected outcome a year is: reduction of CO2 usage with 209.24 t, 130.89 MWh energy saved and 27.199.62 Euro in monetary savings.

Measures:

• Invest in energy efficient measures that improves the industrial process of the company.
• Proper administrative, technical and financial concuct of the project to ensure proper management

The role of International Development Norway

• Create a study surrounding good practice, focused on technical documentation, solutions for use of renewable resources and reccomendations for how the business can maintain such practices after project end. There will be held a conference in bulgaria related to these topics, but also how to increase capacity within these areas of expertise.
