The global transition toward a circular economy requires focused industrial engagement. The GREEN ALLIANCE project targets Romanian manufacturing companies (SMEs and large enterprises) to facilitate the adoption of Circular Economy frameworks and maximize resource efficiency. Collaborating with the Project Promoter, SC INTELLINK SRL, IDN promotes Norwegian expertise to drive knowledge transfer, accelerate the practical integration of green standards, and establish resilient, sustainable value chains.

IDN tasks include:

• Coordination of essential collaborative mechanisms, including online co-creation workshops and study visit a and knowledge exchange in Norway. These tools tools were design for direct transfer of proven best practices in sustainable production between Norway and Romania.
• Contribution to design and functional deployment of an integrated CE solution, including advanced scenario-based planning and simulation capabilities, which will be use for safe and risk free experimentation with different models, shifting Romanian companies towards the circular economy.
• Capacity Development with individual mentoring sessions, empowering companies to formulate practical, achievable sustainability roadmaps.

These combined efforts are structured to yield three tangible results:

• Elevated sector knowledge: Deepening the understanding of circular economy principles and ESG compliance.
• Measurable practice adoption: Enabling the implementation of concrete actions that improve resource efficiency and circularity.
• Strengthened cooperation: Initiating and exploring new, innovative, and sustainable value chains between Romania and Norway.
