FemCham Project with Female Algorithm NGO Approved

A joint project between Female Algorithm NGO (Ženský algoritmus), a Slovak organisation supporting women and girls in technology, entrepreneurship, and future-oriented careers, and International Development Norway (IDN) has been approved under the EEA Civil Society Fund.

Female Algorithm NGO has delivered more than 60 impact projects to date and works with both public and private sector partners in Slovakia. The project supports FemCham, a planned Chamber of Women Founders that will serve as a community and empowerment platform for women running businesses and NGOs alike.

The project combines community building for early-stage women founders, capacity development in areas such as AI and business skills, and a stronger advocacy voice on the barriers facing women entrepreneurs. IDN is contributing expertise in venture development, funding readiness, and scaling.

Work on the project is set to begin following approval, with the two organisations moving from initial discussions to implementation.
