Focus Areas
Global South Development
Our Africa-focused work addresses climate adaptation, decentralized renewable energy, and economic development in emerging markets. Following asset-based methodology, we work with local institutions, international funders, and Norwegian technology providers to design and deliver projects that build lasting local capacity rather than external dependency.
Ukraine Recovery
IDN is committed to Ukraine's reconstruction and modernization effort. The foundation – laid by several multiyear programs in Ukraine- established relationships, on-the-ground understanding, and credibility with local partners — is the basis from which we are now expanding our engagement. The reconstruction process requires expertise across the full spectrum of sustainable development: energy infrastructure, industrial modernization, community resilience, skills and education, and entrepreneurship. IDN is positioned to contribute across all of these areas, bringing the same evidence-based methodology we apply in every market we operate in.
Institutional Grant Management & Compliance
Large-scale international projects funded by NORAD, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs involve substantial administrative and compliance obligations. We provide end-to-end grant management support — from proposal development and contracting to progress reporting and audit preparation — ensuring full alignment with donor requirements and UN SDG frameworks.
